Our Gastronomy

The level of quality our restaurant has to offer is unmatched. We bring to you the traditional Huesca-region food to you during your stay, all with locally sourced products from the surrounding areas. Vegetables, meats, and even wine all come from our region. What kind of food do you have to offer?

Our restaurant on the property features products and food from the nearby area of Abizanda. All of our vegetables and meats that are featured on our menu, come from the surrounding areas. Our menu consists of traditional food from the region, like "Migas de pastor con huevo" and "Bacalao gratinado" so you get a taste of the Huesca region!

Do we still get access to hotel services?

During your stay with us, you will have complete access to the hotel service for any help you may need coordinating transportation or recommendations for nearby nature attractions.

Will only my guests be staying here when I book?

Casa Fumanal is a very unique opportunity in Spain as it is one of the few lodges in the country that can be rented as whole unit for you and your guests. You have complete exclusivity over the property during your stay with us.

"Excellent experience. Eating in the restaurant, with perfect service and food at the same level, was a magnificent experience. In front of a window facing the Embalse del Grado and to have coffee we went out to the terrace, where they served us with the same dedication.
